Calling all bodyworkers and body therapists — Pilates teachers, physiotherapists, osteopaths, chiropractors, yoga instructors, and massage therapists!  Want to improve how you teach movement exercises? Looking for some new tools to help you convey your knowledge in a way that's easily understood by your clients?  Teaching is both an art and a science. In response to popular demand, Tania Huddart (of Hearts and Bones in Nelson) is running a workshop to teach skills and tools she has developed over a long career of teaching movement that can help you become a more effective and confident teacher.

What You'll Learn:

  • Best-practice teaching principles — demonstration, explanation, questioning techniques.
  • Giving feedback.
  • Use of imagery and storytelling.
  • Use of touch.
  • Successful cueing techniques.
  • Motivating your patients/clients.

You'll also have 3 hours of private tuition with Tania to further develop your skills after the workshop.
These sessions will be 1 hour each month during June, July, and August 2019.
Places are limited to 10 participants so please register and pay by 10 May 2019.
