Hi Available for immediate sale, osteopathic practice of over 20 years. A relaxed cafe-culture town, with beautiful beaches on your doorstep. Kerikeri had seen rapid growth since being awarded 'top town' a few years ago. As far as I am aware, this is the only osteopathic practice currently operating North of Whangarei. The practice is not only very busy but there is also opportunities to expand out to other towns in Northland. Currently working out of a shared space in the centre of the "CBD". I have moved several times over the 20 years and clients have always followed. Regular flights out of recently expanded Kerikeri Airport to Auckland. 3 1/2 hours drive to Downtown Auckland
