Summary Privacy Statement

Osteopaths New Zealand (ONZ) collects and uses personal information to manage membership, events, complaints and disciplinary matters, communications, and professional and legal obligations, in line with the Privacy Act 2020. 

We keep personal information secure, use it only for lawful purposes, and share it only where necessary and lawful. Some information may be stored with trusted service providers overseas using appropriate safeguards. 

From 1 May 2026, where required by law, individuals will usually be notified if their personal information is collected from another source. 

You have the right to access and correct your personal information.
