Osteopath – TLC Osteopaths

TLC Osteopaths is a family-run clinic in Kirikiriroa, Hamilton, established for over five years with a stable patient base and consistent demand. We’re a small team (1 Full time, 2 Part time) and are looking to bring on another practitioner to help meet demand and grow alongside the clinic.
This role has the capacity to see +/- 40 patients per week on a 40-minute booking, though this is flexible and negotiable. We offer very competitive remuneration with no late nights or weekends.

How the clinic runs
We deliberately use modern systems and AI-supported workflows to keep admin very light and efficient. This is, in part, why we are able to offer great remuneration.
What you are responsible for:
● Your own rebookings, payments and direct communications
● Ensuring ACC paperwork is completed correctly
● Note taking (We largely use Heidi)
● Your Tax, Gst, OCNZ and other compliances.
The clinic provides:
● Phone answering
● Great referral net work for Xray, MRI, specialists etc
● ACC invoicing, Cliniko/ Invoice direct
● Eftpos terminal / payment machine
● Marketing
In practice, the admin load is modest and very manageable.
